Hello Bader sir,

I checked my files, almost all files are in yellow color. Very very few files working.
I believe it is better to delete all my files and reupload them. This will take 3 days and 3 nights. Since lock down is in my country, I can spend all the time now and finish it asap. Because I am losing viewers from my blog.

Do you want me to delete all the files before I start reupload process? or left the old files as it is?

No need to delete them, or do so if you prefer. Sorry for the troubles mate, and be assured I won't let anyone go through this again. Please accept my apology.
 
Can you please delete all files with red dots from my account? asked you alrdy and the longer you need the longer it takes for full reupload.

The best option now I think, would be to modify MD5 hash checks, so when user uploads new file (to working server), all old links/dead files from damaged servers will "link" to the new file. Kind of "reverse" md5 checks. This way, when users re-upload files, their old (dead/not working) links will point to new files = saves them a lot of time to remove/replace them. This would be very helpfull mechanism, that would come handy in future too Im sure.

If not done "on the fly" atleast setup some "batch" job in the backend, to run "scans/searches" once a day or something for new files with the same md5 hash as the damaged ones, and "replace/link them together"

This would allow You to increase the recovery rate drastically in my opinion, with, as You said many users doing reuploads now.

please do this. It takes a long time to reupload and this is doubled by the time to update links to new file link. This would save us webmaster A HUGE amount of work and would make it easier for all to go back to 100%.

If GOU team could implement this function even if it takes a 20 hours, It would say partners days of work in updating old links
 
Not really a priority but I have Enable Video Screenlist enabled and due to the nature of my shows, spoilers are possible. It would be nice in future if we could change the screenlist that shows up like we can change the snapshot.

Even that the user have less views, as he didn't re-upload all files yet, he got the same income he used to get usually.

As I promised, I won't let anyone lose any cent. Please accept my apology guys and be assured that I know I have no third chance to go through this, this is my second and last chance, and I won't let anyone go through this again.

Also, if you don't have time or power to re-upload, you will be able to gain the same views you used to gain within 14 days maximum. More than 90% of the of the traffic goes for the files that were uploaded during the last 3-7 days. If you have another player on your older posts, there is no need to re-upload and edit older posts. Save your efforts and stick with uploading new vids to GO, or re-upload them if you prefer.

I ask you all to forgive me about this, and accept my apology. I know double rates and money can't compensate time and efforts, but I am doing this because it's the only thing I can offer. No one will face such situation with GO anymore, and you will enjoy using the 100% stable platform you used to have for the past 5 years, I promise.
 
prostream is better then gounlimited. million years ahead. gounlimited will delete your videos without any notice and blocked your account. just a hit and run business like most of the videohost.

You said that we’re a garbage, while we have done nothing wrong to you. We have done a mistake and I paid for my mistake, beyond what I can afford. You had only 88 files in your account which can be uploaded easily but you wasted your time commenting here negatively like there is no humans who are working full day behind the screen to get things sorted out for you.

I am a human. For the past 5 years I had no mistake and I just had two this year, so please respect the past 5 years at least and stop calling us with these words. I am not sensitive but working since I wake up until I sleep and end up reading such comment isn’t really good man.

We never left anyone no matter what happened, unlike many hosts nor stole anyone. We don’t need good feedback but if you want to complain, just avoid such words.
