Views will be counted even when the file is showing error, as I said here. There was a bug this morning which has been fixed couple of hour ago. Please monitor your stats from now and keep up posted.

We can help you to check the affected files so you only upload the most viewed ones to avoid this overload.

Sir nasser, is this affected videos will be fix in the upcoming days? I dont know how many days this Community Quarantine in our country will end. I dont have a laptop right now and there's no way it get fixed because of this Virus thing. 3 days since i started using my phone to upload videos and post it to my site. Right now i cant reupload all my videos because it took me hours just to upload some videos and its so hard using the phone unlike pc/laptop.

Will it fixed this upcoming days?

Sorry for taking your time and ask a question. Ive been stressed these days because of this pandemic.

No worries. It should be fixed very shortly. I see more than expected cooperation from most users and already 3% of the load has been reduced, which is a huge percent compared to the period between our comment and their response.

No mate. We gonna avoid similar mistakes in the future.
The issue is that some users are affected more than others, while the others have almost 40% files on the affected servers.

Also we gonna check each user stats and compensate him for any drop. No one will lose his efforts for nothing whenever something happens.

80% more videos are not working according to my testing. Can you restore videos that don't work permanently?

Or do you want to delete everything and upload it from scratch again?

I asked these questions to get my visitors to act in a non-judgmental way.
 
Yes clone upload (md5) affect my effort to upload again in many cases and the new files are still unplayable.. what a nightmare

Are you going to recover files that are not working? It’s too many to reupload again (I reuploaded everything in Feb).
You mention some compensation, for those who reupload, please think about your compensation many times over so you can keep the promise to ALL users. I did not get any compensation promised after reuploading the first time.
