Can people seriously not read? Instead of posting this over and over again, just "like" the original poster and move on. Wait until they let us know it's fixed. Posting over and over just gets other things buried.

There was unexpectedly high pressure due to the large Chinese website, which doubled the load on our servers 7 more times. We have blocked the site until additional servers are added to ensure that the site continues to function for other users.
Fortunately the site joined at a time that is not considered a prime time، so it didn't affect that much.
The downtime of the website: 2 Hours and 43 Minutes. It's working fine now since 15 minutes.

working fine now sir, but I think something happen with FTP upload, files not transfered to my acc even after 20-30 minuted til now

Yes, we noticed that some plugins are blocking the player elements. We’re currently working on it.

FTP still isn't working. When I use the site uploader, and after completion I get this.

Can you add thumbnail links for videos when exporting? I searched for this in the user control panel but did not find it
Dear Sir, i want to ask you something because i m confused about the compensation program.
I m aware that the previous compensation program was suspended but i still reupload my files for the new compensation program. Now you have annnouced for the double rates on April weekends and i want to ask you this is the new compesation program or is some kind of bonus? So it is different things or if i accept the double rates i will lose my future compensation?
