I would like to disable the download button also but there is no such option in my account configuration, where we can find this?

If disable downloads from my account, will the download option on the GOU link also stop working?
I would like my users to be able to download only when I provide them with the full GOU link but not from embedded player.

The download button on the player forwards the visitors into the download page, but there will be no download option there if it’s disabled from your account. They will be forced to watch the video only. :)

Keyboard hotkeys when the player has focus on the NEW PLAYER.​

Space bar toggles play/pause.
Right and Left Arrow keys seek the video forwards and back.
Up and Down Arrow keys increase and decrease the volume.
M key toggles mute/unmute.
F key toggles fullscreen off and on. (Does not work in Internet Explorer, it seems to be a limitation where scripts cannot request fullscreen without a mouse click)
Double-clicking with the mouse toggles fullscreen off and on.
Number keys from 0-9 skip to a percentage of the video. 0 is 0% and 9 is 90%.

Note: clicking any of the control buttons such as Play/Pause, Fullscreen, or Mute, will remove focus on the player which appears to "break" the hotkeys.

Sent you PM about it with examples on Thursday as well.

I suppose that all these vids are broken and if so I would appreciate some help identifying and "cleaning up" all non-working stuff. Thanks.

I can see that. Videos longer than hour are taking 5-15 seconds to start, but whenever they start there is no buffering.
It’s not an issue, but we’re pre-loading some of the video data to prevent buffering during the streaming process.

As for videos with duration less than 59 minutes, they should play immediately.

We will also work to reduce this 5-15 seconds play time of the 1+ hour videos. :)

The 3x3 image no longer occupies the width of the player when the iframe code is 640x360 it occupies only the center of the player. It only works normal if the height is 480. Sorry to talk about the cover image again.
