Terrible slowness when encoding your videos since yesterday 500 MB videos are still in O and do not change to N, why ?, and they do not count, thanks

The video will not be encoded, because it's smaller than 700 mb and playable.
As for the counting, it's working fine as you can see: https://prnt.sc/rnws1k
The view has been counted from Tier 4 (CO), as you can see in the screenshot.
Your refers are coming from myvidster.com as well.

Will the double rates show on the reports during the weekend? Or as a compensation amount?

It will be credited manually as per the partner request.
It will be credited into the regular balance, not the compensation balance, so the partner can pay it out without restrictions.
