Many users do not allow their videos to be published, so we cannot enforce this option compulsorily. If it is my choice, many users will not enable it.Ok thanks for you fast answer but this option neither is it why?

Sorry but this option of sharing folder is disabled
in my account create a new folder, after upload 3 files to this folder
and the option os sharing folders is disable

GOU is DMCA ignore but i think search would add too much unwanted attention since most of the videos are warez. Aside from that, I dont think any host like GOU has an open search option.
Yes, you are right, we will think and analyze the request and we make a decision on search engine on GOU.
