Well I tell you that I have gone wrong with your support I have sent you messages on this same thread without having your attention and when I obtained it you have asked me to request by mail what I need and once I have done everything you have told me I report what is happening to me and you continue to ignore me, something is happening with me personally so you don't want to attend to me? :(

I truly apologize mate, we got a lot of messages and mistakes happens. It is possible that I missed your message without bad intention, so a request from a human to human; excuse me and be assured I will never do so in intention.

Also keep in mind that since February we skip encoding for MP4 videos smaller than 700 mb so you shouldn’t be bothered.

The ETA at the moment is 48-72 business hours because of the compensation program we’re running at the moment for our partners. You can read more here:

Because of the compensation program, we’re processing payouts that equals 153% more than our income, and the additional 53% is currently being paid by my own personal salary as an electricity engineer, not even my salary at GO Unlimited is enough to cover this compensation program. According to that, I can’t process these large payouts which includes the compensation as fast as I expected.

The compensation program was a panic move I toke, under a huge pressure. If time comes back, I will offer a smaller compensation program.

But now, I can’t reduce the compensation program, because I said what I said, and I need to pay for what I said even if the price is expensive, for the sake of TRUST. My word is valuable, if I keep it, and stick with it, and I don’t want to disrespect myself by taking back what I said, so I am running the compensation program as I promised.

When we complete the compensation program, I believe the ETA should get back to the usual ETA which is 48 business hours if not 24.

Currently, some are converting, others are not. Sometimes even under 100 MB 600 of bitrate converts. Usually my videos are no more than 600 britate.

That is not recommended either for our storage or your visitors experience considering warez websites visitors internet speed according to public analytics/articles. RapidVideo already tried this concept and before he terminate his service, he also disabled 1080p for the same reason.

We take other hosts experience and public analytics/articles in consideration when we study about something, and the FHD quality is the worst thing that any host could offer considering the storage/bandwidth it will consume besides the buffers that the visitors will face if they don’t have a decent connection, which will destroy their experience and keep in mind regular visitors will blame the player/website without considering their low internet speed in such cases, etc.

Hey guys I have some questions. 1. What does the Publish button do? I don't get it; the page just reloads.
2. What happens when someone clones my video do I earn money. If yes then what if someone clones video from him; do I still get part of his earning.

For you second question, When you clone videos, it's yours, so you earn from the viewers of your video. if your video is cloned you earn nothing from the cloned video.
