I'd Like to Know About 2 Informations:

1. I sent an email for Compensation on Feb 26, as you can see on Screenshoot
As I said in WJ, the subject should be Compensation Process for ("Username"), so that our support portal can identify it and send it to us automatically. But since the subject (title) has been edited, we will have to manually find this email, between regular emails which includes other kind of requests.

However, don't send us any other email please, since it won't help. We will end up finding this email soon or later since we process all tickets gradually according to the request/ticket date.

Additional servers will be added tonight to increase the streaming ability and improve the situation for the next weekend. Also a plan to replace older servers with new ones to make sure the streaming process goes smoothly will take its effect very shortly.

I followed your instruction on my account page Not In WJ sir, as far as I can remember, you told me to write the subject "Compensation Program for" so that's what I did.

And beside that, you had replied (BADER) to my compensation email, which you told me to wait 14 days.

Both are the same.

Sorry if I missed this part @GO Unlimited but I don't remember how double rates works once I'm a compensated user. I think I completed all the requests and I also got a double payment, but not double rates.
We will offer this privilege later.

I am having the problem that my embedded videos are too big to access my site by mobile. How do I modify and install them to suit my blogspot xxx? It seems the problem is from me and not the host

Please make sure your website embed width is 100% so your GO Unlimited embed codes can fit your website width which match the visitor screen width.
