Telegram support ended? I know you guys are very busy ATM, maybe I am just a little spoiled because of your super-fast replies before the crash. I sent you several messages more than 10 days ago and you have not even read them yet? The problem of hundreds of missing thumbnails and failed conversions still exist. That Telegram is my personal, unfortunately we don’t have official Telegram support but only Skype. As for my personal Telegram I reply whenever it’s possible but I am recently traveling so I am only following the forum and the the email support ticket portal besides Skype.

Ok, sorry, I probably say something that's already been told(I've been up to p.413 but can't find the answer) but what is the process for the compensation? Because I know which movies I already uploaded but not exactly which releases, it need to be the same file?
Hello friend Bader, on the 7th I received an email for ticket compensation 12737409 and in that email I was asking for a complete capture of January earnings. For my mistake, I sent the incomplete page, gave the answer on the same day, I believe it about two hours after you contacted me. Can you take a look at it, please, if possible?
