Enqoouted queue is very high right now, that's why I ordered a dedicated server, to encode the files, so they will be enabled to play instantly...

I know that the admin of GO is doing everything to fix these issues, and all of us are supporting him in this situation, also, we re communicating him the errors that still exists on the site.

There is nothing called account suspension at GO Unlimited unless you’re sending automated traffic to gain fake number of views. We no longer suspend accounts due to storage abuse like we used to do before we introduced The Trusted membership System.Hello!
As I've been looking through the threads I see alot of good compliments to the host but, there were some negativity too which I'd like some clarification for.
Is it true that whenever there's not alot of traffic to video file, that you guys disable the accout without warning to prior?
Are you required to run ads on the videos? As if you cannot host the file on your website if you don't have ALOT of traffic to your website and or file?

Hello!There is nothing called account suspension at GO Unlimited unless you’re sending automated traffic to gain fake number of views. We no longer suspend accounts due to storage abuse like we used to do before we introduced The Trusted membership System.
The Trusted membership system offers clear terms and save both our and the partner time by restricting his ability to use the service when it comes to his files availability. If you have a Trusted membership you will be able to have your files stored for 60 days without any activities but in case your membership isn’t, then your files won’t remain for 10 days after the last recorded activity.
Users can easily request a Trusted membership by contacting us and then we will provide them with additional informations regarding their request.
Thank you for understanding. At the moment and to be honest my priority is to reply existing users because they’re affected because of the situation we recently faced and my only goal at the moment is to bring everything back like it used to be for them. I will try to get back to all Trusted membership requests ASAP, and I would say 72 hours in worst case.Hello!

However, SHORT UPDATE to keep you all posted:
- Streaming stability has been improved, even much better than before this situation.
- Upload speed seems to be reasonable compared to couple of days ago, so we gonna do some fast magic to improve it.
- We stopped rewarding old dead files automatically and will compensate them manually when we start the compensating process.
- I think we will be able to start the compensation process starting from 18 FEB or maximum 25 FEB.
- I will record a video that describes the compensation process.
- I will record a video that describes our new system and the actions taken to prevent such situation in the future.
