Your account was only suspended, but your files and balance are still there. Well... not anymore, because you accused me of being lier (while I have done nothing to you, except closing your account but keeping everything untouched and only asked you for explanation) I will give you a reason and delete all of your files and disable your $5 balance (which is my right by the way, since your account broke our rules).
If you guys want to be rude and childish I am the biggest asshole you could every face. Let we keep our languages clean and respectful. Do not expect me to be the opposite of your personality, I will downgrade myself and reach your low level of personality and language and come back again to my regular high level.
Is it the downloadable file link people are linking to to avoid the popups and go straight to the download? I thought the links that way only lasted a few hours and were tracked to the IP address.
Or are people pulling the video URL using a video downloader addon and then just sharing or embeding that url to avoid popups?
If users are saying they have no idea they are hotlinking it could be a rogue person stealing the links and using them on their own website.

They do custom scripts to bring the direct link from the player and use it using their own players without our ads. However, it’s not necessary if your files are being hot linked that you’re behind this, but there could be someone else doing this on your files and that’s why we only disable the access of the user account but keep his files and wait an explanation from him so in case he is not the one behind this situation we take the necessary to protect his files and restore his account. The whole process don’t take more than 24 hours in case the user itself isn’t behind this, but some mentally unstable people prefer to accuse me of being lier instead of giving me one simple explanation about the situation which prevent us from helping them to restore their accounts within couple of hours.

Dear, as I said previously; our system blacklist accounts when a dedicated/custom script is detected not when a normal user copy the direct link using his ADB tool. Normal users activities aren’t our priority since they don’t represent any malicious automated activities such as scripts.

Try Myvidster.com. They have custom scripts to bring the direct link from the player to their Cloudfont (download speed is very fast) a few moments later. You dont need to click on GOO player. There is download button right below the video, their user can use it to keep away pop-ups. It is working perfectly with GOO links, but with other video hosts, their scripts is not helpful or useless.
When the user help us to identify the source, of course we can block them within 2 minutes. Take @totomos as example, he helped me to sort the issue within 15 minutes.
Having users suspended to hotlinking is rare, up to 1 account suspended monthly due to that in worst case, sometimes 0 accounts during 3 connected months. And in case of suspension for this reason, the process is SUPER SIMPLE > Contact us with your traffic source > We block weird sources > we whitelist trusted sources > we take additional necessary actions when needed, and case solved.
