For unTrusted members we don’t keep files that long. If you uploaded/cloned hundreds or even thousands of files within one day obviously they will expire at the same time. When the expiration date comes it will affect all of them since they all were uploaded at the same time.

For example: when I upload 5,000 files today, I will have 5,000 deleted files due to expiration after 60 days. Or did you expect the system to delete them gradually?

The problem is, it hasn't even been 30 days.

It’s approved, which means it has been issued after 24 hours since you placed your request. If you didn’t receive it then share your username so we can ask the billing company to send us a screenshot of the transaction.

Isn't it more comfortable to ask for payments when you reach a certain amount, every week or 15 days than to ask every 2 days?

or why do you do it that way?
