It’s nice to see that it has domain, because in the support ticket you have provided nothing except an IP address for some reason. Why didn’t you include the domain the support ticket?

i've been using the ip address from the start, but you can see from top left logo on the forum about the domain.

Some severs are giving very slow streaming/download speed. Some users reported it to me, I have a check and it's really slow, like sever fs167 etc.

Send me the affected links and we will take the necessary within minutes. Yesterday there was a little bit higher load due to the weekend but it shouldn’t be like that today.

And by the way, i just have one more question. Can I stop another people clone my file for their site.

Even if we disabled clone option they will find another ways that harm our resources.

That seems like a billing issue. Payments from that date was already issued since 30th Dec as described. Payments are always processed within 48 business hours and in case you don’t receive yours within that timeframe you should contact us immediately instead of waiting for almost one week.

For security reasons, we can’t support you publicly; so send us an email regarding that concern.
