Today is the last migration process. Our resources aren’t able to handle the current load, and adding more didn’t help. We’re moving into CloudSystem at the moment to prevent such situations in the future in case of traffic spikes.

I don't see the need for the users to be reporting the same problem every 1 minutes every time the system goes down, the administrators know them and I know they are trying to solve it because, like us, they also lose money, so please take a break until the admin finish solving the problem

I know about the downtimes even before them as we have an automatic monitoring system that sends me an email when the website is offline. But however, let them pump the thread for no reason.
 
It's interesting that your website loads very slowly every weekend. You know that you have a lot of traffic and there are difficulties with the accessibility of the site, so I expect you to do something about it. I'm not here to argue who lying.
