Video is processing now.
Conversion stage: Internal problem


There is no option for videos to be saved in less resolution to take up less space.
And it would be nice if it is saved at a lower quality, it has more file life.

Hope you're doing very well.

Without a Trusted membership, your videos won't be encoded which means there will be higher chance of buffering.

And that's another reason of the buffering. You need the video to be encoded into 720p to be running smoothly, that's a well known thing.

By monitoring our system I can't identify any server with such speed specially during this idle time in the mornin, which means it's something to do with your ISP latency with our servers.

Which IPS you're connected to?

I have uploaded videos on H265 and they have not been converted showing me the message of:

When uploading a 1080p video I would prefer that the conversion not go to 1080p if not less than 720p.
Lighter file.

2º

And that the files will last more than 60 days, if they are smaller than X quantity.
That a 50GB file and a 0.6GB file do not last the same.

You need a Truated membership to have your videos encoded as its clearly described in My Account page.
