The 2x rates period will be tomorrow at the same exact time the service went offline, so the compensate can be fair.
Not sure what's your timeframe, but it will be from 00:30 GMT+3 Kuwait City Time, till 05:30 morning GMT+3 Kuwait City Time since the website went offline from 00:30 till 03:30.

PLEASE, keep me updated if you guys faced any troubles. I won't sleep (while it's 05:30 morning here already!) until I make sure everything is running as expected.
My Skype is online if you have it, and I am online here in WJ as well, to keep following any reports in case there will be any.

How can you stay online ignoring DMCA?
Because some people think that GOUnlimited may be busted soon and all files will be unavailable. This happened to Share-Online 2 days ago and many people lost their data

We used to receive such questions at our beginning 4 years ago. :)

However, services that doesn't ignore DMCA and delete copyrighted content very quickly are the ones who closed and disappeared earlier than us, should I mention names?

I can't see any issues in the encoding queue. Please provide me with the affected videos links through a PM so I can take a closer look at the situation.

Usually, videos stuck when their metadata aren't full or there some kind of issues with the video itself, and I believe this the case since the encoding system seems to be working fine.

Looking forward to sort this out for you immediately.
