The decision was made in view of the advertisers' refusal to pay for the traffic coming from the said countries.

By the beganging, I thought you all guys had really bad experience with us, specially @Azot, but I found it that his problem with us is something personal. Maybe he wanted to open his own DMCA ignored service but failed.
Because as I can see, @SavkeUltras is selling Xvideosharing license for $550 (half of it's price) because he wasn't able to open his own video hosting, and now he want to teach us how to work while we exist since JAN 2016. That's really ironic kids. =))

Your behaviour is very childish. You should just notify users few hours before you change rates or something important not tell us 2 days after. If somebody wants to go with other hosts don't make big deal of it.

I apologize for any problems we may caused to you regarding that. However, please understand that we were informed about this change immediately after it has been taken, just like you.
The ads network informed us in the same exact day that we did ifrom you guys, what else can do? Informing you before we know? Unfortunately, I don’t have the crystallization of astrology to know the future.
There is no service in this industry that offers higher rates than us, because we offer the same rate that they’re offering. No one can offer higher rate by the way because THIS IS THE MARKET RATE.
Do you guys really expect us to pay you something that we don’t have? I can’t understand what you really wants us to do in this situation. We’re not stealing you, or otherwise every service in this industry is stealing you because they’re offering the same exact rate.

The reason why closed VU program for Serbian users that the CPM of Serbia is $0.1 ($1 for each 10k views) while we’re paying them $0.4 ($4 for each 10k views) so we’re already paying them VU rate by giving them additional $3 from our own money! If we kept the additional VU rate it will be $6 per 10k views!!
Do you really guys expect us to pay $6 while we get $1? You all know that is impossible. So, we had no options except canceling the VU program on them to keep the service safe from the money bankrupt.
And we’re not acting “childish”, I do have a dedicated billing team that is studying every step before we take it to save the service from any further problems and keep it stable for the longest term.
