Why the hell the videos are downscaled to 720p?

I uploaded a 1080p video and it was on 1080p, then i come back to see the video some hours later and it was downscaled to 720p, it happen to all videos.

otakucloud interface is not so good, if many files, difficult move and handle. openload is faster upload speed, easy remote upload and good user interface, very good to manage all files and folders, but it sudden remove the video, you will see all videos removed in many website.

go unlimited have clear and green design on player, just sometimes loading have buffer, a little bad thing only. and i cannot convert ts file, since many sports livestream and gaming video, is broadcast become ts format, it cannot convert ts file on cloud platform.

Can you tell me if your 1080p videos got downscaled to 720p? Thx.

We don't support FHD, but only HD.

Please PM with some additional info like what ad that caused this message, or otherwise we won't be able to fix anything. Moreover, Avast is a shitty free anti-antivirus that fake messages to make the user feel that it's working.

So, could you please provide us with your traffic source that you're planning to gain the views from? We need to check your traffic source, either if it's a website, blog, social media account, or forum.

Please note, that we may take actions up to permanent suspension if we didn't hear back from your very soon."

I reply with traffic source, but they still deleted my account: "No user with this login / e-mail"

So bad to hear that.

If they can't handle the amount of videos coming, they should add a "Premium" option, i'm sure a lot of pirates will pay for it knowing it's a offshore host.
