Greetings. I've recently started using your service and I have a couple of questions If you don't mind. I see you're not available at this moment but I'd appreciate it if you could reply when you can.

1. I used VPN to register and upload content through FTP, so my question is will this affect the country Tier I'm in and will payout be lower in that case? E.g. my real location is in Tier 1 however vpn server I'm connected to is located in Tier 4 country.

2. I understand that user is eligible for VU Program if he reached 5,000 views from stream/downloads and the content he uploads is the main mirror on the website, but does this mean all content on the website need to be set to your server? We allow on our website for users to add content from various different sources so in other words do we need to upload everything to your hoster and set it as primary option in order to be eligible for this program?

3. Do uploaded files go through compression? I've noticed a file I uploaded was 500 MB less than the original file I have which appears to be quite a lot .

4. What exactly is CPT/CPM you offer or It's $40 (Tier 1) per 10k views as stated on website? (Without VU Program as bonus)

Sorry for the long post and I hope my questions were clear enough as English is not my primary language.

1. The Tier counting depends on your viewers location and not yours.

2. You don't have to update all old posts in your website, you should only use our service as the main player in your further posts and reach 5000 views daily, no matter if you update the old posts or not that's up to you.

3. We encode our users videos into HD quality and small siza to make it playable under all situations like slow internet speed.

4. Rates are exactly as stated without VU bounce.

Thanks for your quick reply and for answering my questions.
I have an issue however with a video playback, only one video actually the others are fine.
I should open a support ticket but I thought to ask here first if there is some server outage going on and that this one video may be on this location?
