I do not know if anyone else faces this same problem, but every time you visit a site that uses its embed on the page, it takes a lot of time to view the embedding of gounlimited, while other embodiments of other hosts appear quickly on the same page.

Our home page takes a time to load due to the codes that we have implemented with. You can visit any external websites that has our embed codes on it and you will notice how fast it works. You can also view any uploaded video in our service on it’s own page and see the speed.

As soon as we receive your payment request we transfer it to our ad network and mark it as (Paid) after we place your request to them, but the money will be settled down within (72 hours maximum - usually less than 24 hours) since we receive the request. Your request being marked as (Paid) doesn’t mean you actually get paid, but it has been placed in the queue successfully, and it is on its way.

Please check the confirmation email we did send you to get more details regarding your payment request. Each payment request get a confirmation with the needed details.

I wish I could help you in this matter, but sadly, you have to download the contents and reupload it, either for our service or another, as Google Drive links are protected from being downloaded by any server to prevent abusing, it is not from our side as you see.

I suggest you to buy a cheap RDP to use it for this purpose, downloading and reuploading with a very high speed of internet. We highly recommend HostDZire.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.

We don't use OVH in anyway, and we're not cheating any provider in anyway also.

However, we use Online SAS which is not DMCA ignored also, but we have our own system to protect our users files. Each new uploaded video is stored in a regular server that isn't DMCA ignored, but as soon as we receive any report regarding any video, we transfer the video into DMCA ignored server and mark the copyright report as solved at Online SAS. It is not Online SAS problem anymore as soon as the file has been transferred from their servers, and the in the DMCA ignored servers the files are 100% safe.

We're working in this logic since January 2016, and protecting our users files from being deleted due to any law either if it's DMCA or other law's.

We're more than happy to see that so many users joined us recently. Due to that, there is a very high volume of uploads caused a huge encoding queue, but we're doing our best to add more than 4 encoding servers everyday till we complete adding 60 additional encoding servers within 15 days. It will be settled down very soon.

We can add it, but we don't want to. We want to make sure your videos work perfectly in all devices, and as you know most of the modern devices like iOS macOS, and Sony PlayStation Browser can't support SRT anymore. VTT Is the most supported online subtitle format currently.

Keep in mind that you can change the subtitle format from SRT to VTT by only one click using any subtitle editor.

Important Updates:
  • Users now should get paid automatically for downloads just like views - previously; it was manual by our billing team to check downloads stats and add the balance into the users account, but not anymore.
  • MP4 Videos won't get encoded anymore, expect if its size more than 3 GB. This exception will prevent our system from missing your original video quality.
  • Important errors has been fixed like sowing message "Upgrade to Premium" when trying to download original copy of any video in some rare cases.

This option was available, but the converting wasn't detailed as it supposed to be. We preferred to let the user do it in order to offer the best experience for the viewer end.
