If the source you’re downloading from is limiting the download speed, not even 10 Gbps can help. The RDP speed is 1 Gbps and you can use that speed without restrictions, but this file host is limiting your download speed since you’re not premium. You can do a speed test at the RDP by yourself and see. However, please update the concerned ticket to get refunded for the RDP.

No, the source is not the problem, even the same file is downloaded to my computer, I only have 15 megabytes of speed and it was downloaded faster than in the RDP.

I asked that you please install the Jdownloader, they don't install it either.

GO, as a video server is wonderful, but the RDP my first experience is terrible.

Could you please first double check the software has been downloaded at C/Downloads? If not, kindly provide me with its path. If you no longer want the RDP, then update the concerned ticket so I get an approval message from the engineer to cancel the RDP and refund you the subscription amount into your account balance.

Opps! Okay. As an apology from us for this misunderstanding, admin access will be given to you for free. You can renew the RDP with the admin access at the cost of the regular RDP.
Will ask the engineer now to provide your Windows account with admin access and update you through a PM.

Done, logout from your Windows UserAgent and login again.
