Upload and counting is down at the moment. I am working on it.
However, files should be working fine. We have a small delay in the DB due to the huge load we had today.

Edit: Both of upload and counting should be fine now. It has been fixed within 10 mins.

Not your Site had issues. Your whole Datacenter was offline again. Alll sites were offline on the same time like Gounlimited was offline.

Yes, but we have external backup servers on different locations/DC's so we pointed our domain into these external IP's within 37 seconds since the issue started instead of waiting that DC to be reachable again. However, the DC is reachable again but we won't point our domain into it until at least 3 days of stability on their network so we can make sure that we won't waste our and or our partners time with this DC issues.

The database kept sending upload, views, and data changes requests to the older DC server which is offline at the moment, even that our DNS records are pointing to the properly working DC, which caused these issues for the past few minutes. All of the DB records has been updated to work with the new DC so it should work fine.
