I don't know what I have to say, first glitch in Go caused me to lose nearly 200 videos and now this nearly affected nearly 50 videos. I mailed for compensation for first glitch, before I get some, compensation program has stopped and send Bader to handle other stuff, so that no one would point finger at you for why compensation program has suspended. This is right time to get visitors to site because of Pandemic. When I am starting to get little bit traffic, now this glitch. I have little advice you should focus on CDN instead of buying random server for load balancing. If you create your own CDN, it'll definitely reduce your server counts.

to be honest... sometimes money can't make up for time It's a sense of powerlessness. It's a sense of tiredness. It's terrible.
I thought everything was back to normal but I fell into hell again, I couldn't climb back

I know. But for such cases, money is all we can offer to satisfy the people.

this cannot be possible, it cannot be possible that you fail twice for exactly the same error are hours and hours of work that your double money does not compensate you affect the personal project of each of us that is not compensated with money

Double rates are activated for all tiers, until all users recover the affected data.

I'm helpless now. I know gounlimited will stay no matter what happens. he is a 100% trusted service, but I'm really tired my website users keep sending me messages that they can't watch. I don't know what to say anymore i'm really really really tired......

This is exactly the same as what I think at this terrible moment. This can not be the same situation again now! Almost all of my video are marked red and NOT 40% of total files!! I'm really tired of re-uploading them again just like my colleagues above. Bad, bad news today!!!
