FTP Seems to be fine at my end. However, once you complete the necessary process send us an email and we will check your account history.

You have to request a Payout. Your payout will be doubled from your compensation balance.

Example: You request 40$, your payout would be 80$ as 40$ will be added from your compensation balance and so on until the balance is 0.
