I lost 3000+ videos i don't need any compensation. i just want things to come back to normal and the conversion quality to be great for my viewers. and please give the option to choose if we want a video to be converted or not. because after conversion the quality is shit.

The “shit” word weren’t supposed to be in your kind comments. Everything was good until the “shit” part. However, keep in mind that we automatically skip encoding process for playable files smaller than 700mb.

Please note that speeds are distributed equally to users to ensure fair use for each of them. In the event that the resources qualify at a high speed, a specific speed will be given to each user in preparation for entry to any new user who may need additional speed and may not find it if a specific limit is not set for each user upon use.

With consideration given to the fact that the maximum speed set for each user is much higher than the normal rate and is sufficient for most users according to our server records.

I would have preferred if it was a security breach in payments a few days without being able to ask them to lose all the videos.

How long is the climb going to be limited? Having teams up 24 hours at less than 20% efficiency is desperate.

Please keep in mind that you have not yet uploaded all your files, and that you are also uploading files that need processing, which means that the replacement process with you will require more time and effort than any other user.

Naturally, you will not be able to earn what you are accustomed to until you complete the replacement process and then you can compare the previous profits to the current one. As for the current comparison, it is unfair since you only have a quarter of the files that you had.
