As I said, major ISP in Taiwan confirmed the problem and we're working on it. Creating new account will only waste your time.
It should work automatically, unless the browser don't respect that command.

As mentioned previously, we can't skip encoding. I understand it's important, I totally understand as a webmaster just like you.. but for better performance we can't.
