“ Your payout request has been marked as Paid which means it has been sent to the third party service (TPS) concerned.
You will usually receive your money within 24 business hours but it may take longer in some rare cases, so please be patience and feel free to reply this email if you have questions regarding this payout request; we will be more than happy to assist you. “
But for some reason, some people don’t check their email inbox.

As expected, no one confirmed so, or replied why he didn’t check his inbox. That is really unsatisfied for us and we’re disappointed.

I think you should change the word "Paid" into "Proceed" so people who use fake emails don't come crying here

We can’t leave it with that forever, and we can’t have 2 status. Whenever PopCash SA (“The concerned part”) receive the request, we can’t identify its status.Just write it as "Being Processed"
