It looks good. Just get custom post icons and you'll be on the right track. Also consider making the banner a little bit more aimed at Warez or downloads rather than snake species.
this must be the most overused skin in the warez world lol anyways it looks better then other ones ive seen but ye change those post icons and get a better logo for now id say
