Has google just updated website pagerank today ?

my site webmastersun.com still got PR 3. what about your sites ?

It might have, I personally don't see any changes on my websites, nor there was an official announcement. Though Matt Cutts mention in the videos that there wont be PR update until the end of the year.

Congrats, but you still need to improve your website to get higher PR in next google update PR.
Although I got PR3 but it's not as my expectation about PR for my site
