Google decrease pagerank

One of the internal page's PR of a site of mine decreased from 2 to 1
Everything else still the same.

pr from one of my sites went from 2 - 0.
But i thought it was my fault because i changed a few things around
the day before.

But i felt that it couldn't be the problem.
