I have recently read a post on Search Engine Land regarding Google forming a new company i.e. Alphabet Inc. Moreover, Google has appointed Sundar Pichai as its new CEO. Would it have influence on webmasters?

If we are doing the SEO in a legal way then no one will affect us. But only for spammers the affect will be there...

This step is good for google above anything else, it's a step that gives google a better movement as a corporation, how would it effect webmasters? only time will tell.
The step is great for Sundar Pichai, but my guess is that he eat drink and breath work at these days.
