Offtopic: I used Google for my warez site. When it was payday, they said that they don't allow that type of site. (Basically a warning: Don't do it again)
The check came a week later.
Back on topic: I'm positive that they will not ban you for duplicate content.
For one, the internet is full of it and google does care. They care for relevance and targeted content. I think they could less if its original or not. (Though Im sure if it was original you might get paid better. ie. More traffic)
But yeah... you're good!
