its hard to make an offer without knowing your range of acceptable offers. are you looking for a couple hundred or a thousand dollars plus?
 
Being honest i have been told the site is worth minimum 2000 dollars based on earnings and google analytics..but i would be more than happy to negotiate a lower asking price for this as the traffic is constant and money is coming in each week.



Id love to keep it but i just have too much on right now.

The best offer between 1k and 2k will do me fine
 
I wouldn't count any of the income generated with Google as income that should influence selling price. Once they ban you (they will) no other banner advertiser will make you what you generate with them.

Just to put you straight i have already been paid and no issues so far..
Earnings wise i earn nice money from videobb videos aswell..

understandbly you are right earnings shouldnt reflect the website
but its just a guidline i wanted to use..

Google analytics is what matters...

I understand you've been paid. Wait till it gets reported or Google spots your site. I was paid month after month then they banned tvintent. Others get caught in a day or two. Its not a black or white situation. Its when you get caught showing Google ads on a streaming site that matters.
 
Noted mate but this isnt a discussion on google adsense as i
am fully aware it could be pulled.My site is content based and
traffic oriented and has good traffic..im just trying to sell the site.

I notice you have the same script on one of your sites.
 
Without adsense in mind i would estimate
1.2k or close to that. In euros thats about
850 and id be happy with that
