Good software to do Favicon?

you don't need any particular software for favicon. Just make it in Ps and rename the extension to .ico

photoshop - but i think that you need some plugin/addon

or try this one: favicon . cc <--- the .ico is really good optimized here, i got the file to be shorter then with photoshop.
