@fanobliv : Please use constructive criticism


-I like the overall design and color scheme of the forum
-Add custom forum icons for a more unique feeling
-Try putting up some partner links because that part is empty and doesn't look well
-Custom favicon
-As posted above I would make a better logo/banner

I think you should create a new header for your forum and also lose that big ugly red/white cross. This is what's bugging me the most.
And for the rest I like it.
