Check my sig, there's no hotlinking though. Not sure you'll ever find a hotlinkable image host.

Are you kidding bubawuba? It will be easier to find a hotlinking image host then one that does not allow it.

I'm pretty sure OP means hotlinking of the big image not the thumbnail.

Probably so. Tons will allow hotlinking. I have 1000's and 1000's of hotlinked images up-to 10mb. Lulz probably does as well. I've never even had a problem with imageshack.
