I want to sell my own micro job website

Here is my screen shot about the website
The website is micro job portal website where freelancer will put ads to offering their service for $5,
then every buyer will buy their service, and you as new owner will cut $1 for each sales.
Imagine if each day you can generate 100 sales, it's mean $100 a day, without doing nothing from your side.
Successful website is fiverr, generate around 5000 sales daily, without doing anything again from owner.
The website now have 51 members (buyer and seller), and 127 gigs active ready to sell. My main visitor coming from USA, and increased daily.
I want to sell because want to focus with my new big project, so I no have time again to manage.
The script itself value $299 (license will transferred too), and I hire workers to customize the script and theme for $100.
So the site ready to operate and bigger, ready to make you as new millionaire.
Just put small seo effort and promote again.
I know the concept and site is perfect opportunity
I just no have time to optimize so want to sell again.

Trust me, the concept still profitable.
