I respond to tickets before going to work and again when I get back
I have 3 staff responding to tickets and just added a forth
I have rebooted the server in questions
sorry for the delay but I do respond to tickets
I sapose the best proof of this would be a snapshot of my sites ticket stats
take note of dates 7-8 (my sites time is a bit ahead of mine maybe 5-6 hours im not sure)
but don't respond to tickets ?
I have been extremely active
and last month
it really ticks me off though
most companies I deal with im lucky to get a reply within 24 hours (really lucky)
my client's rarely wait 12 and I keep getting complaints
even have people saying I should respond in real time
