What is a VCC or a Virtual Credit Card?

A Virtual Credit Card is a prepaid that works like a real credit card. It can be used at websites, online merchants, internet shops and web stores over the internet where payment by credit card is accepted.

What information will I receive about the VCC I ordered?

You will receive the following info:
• The 16 digit virtual credit card number
• The 3 digits of CVC / CVC2 number, also called the verification code.
• The expiry date

What is the validity/expiry of a VCC for account verification?

If used, the VCC has an expiry of 4 months, if unused it expires within 23-46 hours, please make sure to use your VCC within this timeframe. This is a one time use card and can be used for only one transaction on ANY online shopping site.

Applicable for PayPal VCC only: Please make sure the country you will choose or have chosen for the PayPal account(s) you intend to verify with our VCC is in this list

My VCC is supposed to work on all countries listed above. If it doesnt and the VCC is unused, i will refund it

well technically, yes it is illegal.
Seeing as how most of the times kids use them b/c they don't have their own credit cards or their own bank b/c they are underage. So not only are they violating paypal's terms, but who's ever vcc's they are because you need to be atleast 16 years of age (at least in the united states) to make a contract. (which would be signing up for a vcc) Not only that, people could also use them to verify accounts in different countries, that are not suppose to be verified and that are not allowed.
Or many people could get them to verify multiple accounts to use them for scaming, etc.
Therefore, yes it is illegal.
 
^What's your point? Warez is illegal, selling RS/MU/HF accounts is also illegal, against Rapidshare's TOS. Almost all of the posts I see from you are negative, whats your problem?

BTW, you need to be at least 18 years of age to sign up to PayPal unless given permission by parents to PayPal.

my point being, he told me to prove why WJ shouldn't allow it. And i just did.

Also, that is why i don't sell rs/mu/hf accounts? other people do?

And most of those accounts dont sell here on WJ b/c people phish them.
 
Stop hating bro, let him do his deals :p.
He needs the money. Without kids having paypal or confirmed ones, you wouldn't get that much clients. It's helping you.

Since when does it take weeks? I've activated at least 10 paypal accounts instantly with a prepaid walmart visa card.

@Sandin0, you behave as if you own this forum. well you DONT. dont try to be a mod or something when you are not. and i create VCC using my own bank account, and it doesn't state anywhere i cant sell VCC. so this isnt illegal. if it was VCC wouldn't have existed. Now please stay out of my threads.
 
Can I use the VCC at all websites?
You can use your VCC at all the websites, which accept Visa / Mastercard cards as payment options.
Note:
Avoid using your VCC when:

* You will be required to present your actual Credit Card to receive your purchase, e.g. for purchase of some airline and movie tickets - check each merchant's policy carefully before you purchase!
* Card is to be used for recurring or installment payments
 
I know the point of this thread is for you to sell these, but is there any other way of acquiring them? I don't want to give my address away, I just want an ability to verify paypal and be able to earn money and then donate to various sites.

VCC can be used with any address and any name. i dont think there is any other way. post in webmaster discussions, if u want to ask others
