We cannot limit the BW. we ask if people be fair. for instance. no torrent's on them.

You may upload/download. and they come with 2008.
We allow torrent's with download's just hate people seeding. as we advertise to mainly game-server's just started here at wjunction with our new VDS Package's. But 1 guy was seeding the other day and was capping 80% of 1GB'S uplink. and slowed everything down for people.

Yes you can.
If anyone orderd yesterday you're service has already been refunded. as our provider does not setup on weekend's.
Gotta wait until monday for some new server's.

If anyone want's we have some spot's on our other node's to put you're self's on.
For a temp base until we get some new node's sorted out.

I did not understand you're second line could you re-phrase it?

Because we never activated you're VPS. We refunded you due to the time it will take to get some new server's.
