Does somewhat Anonymous, and freedom there..
im going to have a guess you are trying to avoid countries applied with the Berne Convention.
Well, i can provide a Dedi in Ukraine for arund that price, unmetered @100mbit.
Or can Provide a Dedi in Latvia for around $60
Or Isle of Man as well..
 
Latvia? I am sure you meant Lithuania. Btw, using 5TB will get you kicked from VPS, because you will render entire node useless to others. Do not try your luck, and then return and cry to get refund, you've been warned. What you need is dedicated server.
 
no i mean latvia...
all the lithuania hosts i can find that are half decent charge a lot and are in a smaller DC with less connectivity
 
Lativa is part of the European Union... And I need Gbit because I dont have that much Traffic but sometimes high traffic peaks
 
Yes, Latvia may be part of the European Union, but the DC in which i use does like to keep things Anonymous, consider them the PRQ of Latvia...

I can offer Up to 10gbit on CZ Servers, but they are straight out of your pricerange as it is on 10mbit, but i can work something for NL if you want.. but like you said, European Union, and at that.. Ukraine is cracking down on everything just like Russia
