Because its not scene news I thought i'd post it here considering its computer news

I also was diagnosed with aspergers syndrome when I was 12 :|

Personally I believe you should be inprisoned where you commit the crime but if he commited the crime in England but also did it in America its obviously confusing

but if he broke the law in America he probably would of got deported to England?

Anyway check this:

Scots computer hacker Gary McKinnon was told yesterday that he can't ask the UK's new Supreme Court to save him from being sent to America.
A panel of judges refused him permission to appeal to the higher court against his extradition. His angry supporters say they will now consider going to the European Court of Human Rights.
Glasgow-born McKinnon, 42, faces up to 60 years in a US jail for breaking into US military and NASA computers in 2001 and 2002.
He claims he was looking for evidence of UFOs and blames his behaviour on Asperger's syndrome, a form of autism.
But the Americans say he caused half a million pounds of damage and crippled vital security systems just months after 9/11.The Government agreed last year to extradite McKinnon despite his pleas to be tried in the UK.
McKinnon's lawyers told the High Court in London yesterday that he could kill himself or fall victim to psychosis if he is forced to stand trial in the States.
But the judges said his case did not raise "points of law of general importance" - a key test for being sent to the Supreme Court.
McKinnon's mum Janis Sharp said after the hearing: "No other country in the world would so readily offer its citizens to the US as sacrificial lambs to safeguard a 'special political relationship'.
"To use my desperately vulnerable son in this way is despicable, immoral and devoid of humanity. I've fought for five years to protect him and I'm not about to give up."

So you're saying out of everyone in the world only one person attempted to hack it and got caught?

If someone hacked it and didn't get caught you wouldn't know they hacked it? :P

UK is the USA's bitch in parliment

i.e; the majority of the the English people I know hate America.. (Im English btw)

He should be extradited.

He attacked the USA's military cyber infrastructure -- whether he was looking for Aliens, trying to bring it down, or just doing it while twiddling his thumbs for pure enjoyment.

"I've got ADHD so it's DEFINITELY not my fault that I screamed at my teacher".

It's called self control. Aspergers is the single most mild form of autism. That kid has no right to appeal anything. This is not a civilian crime, this is a military crime. When you get into military stuff, you have no rights. If they did, a lot of terrorists would go free.

If he kills himself, just another less retarded concieted "aspie". I've got aspergers so I can by all means call him that. You learn to get the fuck over it.
