We have 1 server was crashed and recovered , i guess there is some 404 links were in this server.
And we have moved all files to another server and rebuild all files. We will replace all HDD soon.


By the way, all support ticket or problem will be handled by @SUPP_FREEDL.
He will help all to collect issue and send to our dev group.
 
Hi! Have there been any recent changes to download speed limits that I missed? For the last couple of days my download speeds have been very poor. Without VPN I get 30–60 KB/s; with VPN up to 500 KB/s. Until recently I had at least 2 MB/s without VPN. I haven't changed any account settings. I'm using the standard profit mode (PPD 100%). I won't speak for other users who download my files — I don't know if they've had the same issue. But if I'm experiencing problems even with a VPN, that's cause for concern. This is becoming a real problem for me.

When I went to test a file it downloaded at 100kb/s or less.

Thank you for sharing your experience. This is exactly what I’m talking about. I really hope this is a temporary issue that will be fixed, not an on‑purpose limiting of download speed. If it is an on‑purpose limiting, I will have to stop using the service. Stable, good download speed is a priority for my users.

Have you checked if the transferred files are corrupted?
Because I just read a user complaining about file corruption, but I haven't checked yet...

The file corruption issue should be checked at the server level.
The uploading user can't verify 100,000+ files one by one, having to fill out a captcha for each one, wait 60 seconds, and then download it at 200kb/s...
Not long ago, I had to upload everything again due to a corruption issue...
If you're going to recover files and they're going to be corrupted when a server crashes, it's better to delete everything affected and then re-upload that specific file instead of having corrupted copies.

Set up file corruption checking systems where you can eliminate corrupted ones.

I'm currently downloading a reported one hosted on 104... in an hour or so when it's downloaded, I'll see if it's corrupted or not.
 
As admin announced: e104 is broken. We have recovered most of it, but it is inevitable that some files will be lost forever
This is not what we want to happen. But what can be done now is to try to replace them until there are no more reports
