VPS [FREE VPS] Use it for free witch me

I have VPS but I need person who will install all needed apps and menege server.

Configuration:
- Network connection 1 Gbps
- RAM 512 MB (burst 1GB)
- Data Transfer 10000 GB
- Disk Space 40 GB
- server usa
- SolusVM
- Operating System - CentOS 5

I need it to torrents, if you help me you can use that VPS witch me for free all month.
