I will design free themes for whoever requests one - NO FORUM LAYOUTS unless you have your own coder. I will only do this for 3 themes, after 3 people have requested and I decide to do it, I will stop making themes for people.

A totally, NEW Theme Keeping in mind to reduce Loading Time.
So I guess, Use of Less Images or maybe an Optimized Theme
