Filesaves.com now supports rapid leech for registered users and torrent leech for premiums. Uploaded videos can be streamed and downloaded.

they pay, but have a really agressive anti warez strategy... twice they deleted my mass uploaded files (about 5 gb movies) just after posting them... it sucked. But if you upload in small doses, i think they do not delete the files.
