Anyone know franceservers phone? This idiots again not answer on tickets and chat. Second server not renewed and down 3 days....

Next time spend bit more and you will get quality service.

if you interested in renewing the server, maybe this should help
i emailed OVH directly and this is what they told me

"You could renew the server directly by putting the domain name into OVH.com (Search your domain) box and hit the renew button - But the server will still technically belong to the current owner, and you will only be the technical contact.

In order for a full transfer, you will need to fill out the change the ownership of a service procedure and have the current owner full it in too. Once done, we will move the server to your account.
