France VPS needed , any idea?

Hi,
i want a france VPS and it seems it's hard to find one here, i dont want to use OVH, they are so strict, any recommended service for this?
i just want to host two sites in it, so a small one would help

You will find that OVH is a big majority in france, you will find many providers are on the OVH network.
Why not look at locations closer to them?
Also what was OVH strict on for you?

You will get a small difference in ms when you use somewhere around/close to France. So it shouldn't really make a difference.
