You need to share links on social media so that people can aware of it. Try to post interesting & useful topics on it, You can also leave a comment on relevant forum share your links there. This will surely help you to increase traffic on your forums.

No we have not dealt with them before. You could get traffic to your forum by suggesting about it on other sites and forums.
