Remove that >> MENU << <-- its look so unproffesional or make that arrows smaller, insted of arrows but "MENU" in box

I like the clean & unique layout of the design which is very different from the ordinary skins . It'll be better to fill the header with better logo & everything will be awesome. I like the color combination too.

Yeh am not much of a logo or banner designer.

Usually have someone do them for me and I create the template.
